...a forum emerges.
Rules:
1. No derogatory comments of any kind.
2. No spam, commercial or otherwise.
3. No flaming. By this I mean saying someone sucks without proper reasoning.
4. Respect what little hierarchy we have.
5. No IC in OOC for extended rounds, should they be played.
6. Sigs and avatars should be kept to a reasonable size.
7. No extremely huge font sizes or spammy effects.
8. Try to stay on-topic
